At Conifers House School, we are committed to delivering high-quality, therapeutic education that is personalised, purposeful, and grounded in care.
All of our pupils attend full-time and have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). We are a small, specialist setting that has been designed to meet the needs of children and young people aged 5 to 16 with autism, communication and interaction needs, and complex learning profiles.
